|New Members||Following approval, your Membership Pack will be mailed to the address you provide.|
|Renewal||You may choose to renew your membership for one, two or three years only. Advance payment reduces our administration fees and this is reflected in the price you pay.|
|GiftAid||GiftAid is a UK Government scheme which allows charities to claim back the a portion of tax you have already paid. The scheme cost you nothing but earns the Society an extra 25% (variable) for every pound you pay to us, just so long as you have completed a GiftAid Form and returned it to us (email is acceptable.|

Membership of the East Yorkshire Family History Society (EYFHS) is valid for a period of twelve months commencing on 1st January each year. Applications received on or before 31st October will be for the current year. Those received after that date will be carried forward to the following year.
